Associate - GIB

BofA Securities, Inc has an opportunity for an Associate - GIB to perform financial analysis, incl. valuations & merger consequences. Draft & negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, & other documents related to investment banking transactions. Assist in the preparation of fairness opinions, incl. providing industry expertise & guidance on the selection of appropriate comparable companies & comparable acquisitions. Reqs: Bach or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Executing & advising on various M&A, initial public offerings, follow-ons, mandatory convertibles & exchangeable debt offerings, spin offs/split offs, debt-for-equity exchanges, recapitalizations, & private placements. 10% domestic travel, as nec.
