We are looking for a Cl ient Service Associate (Teller) Lead - toprovide top notchcustomer service to our clients and customers at ourColumbine branch. Work Schedule: Monday- Friday

Essential Functions:
  • Leads the daily activities of client service associates. Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
  • Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
  • Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
  • Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
  • May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
  • May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
  • Working knowledge of math.
  • Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $24.00 - $26.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
