We are looking for an experienced Treasury Management Sales Officer to join Vectra Bank's Treasury Management team in Denver, CO. This role focuses on identifying appropriate treasury management opportunities, soliciting, and developing all types of business activity, specializing in treasury management services and participates in the development of overall treasury management objectives, policies, and practices.

Essential Functions:
  • Grow Treasury Management revenue through direct sales.
  • Responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing, and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
  • Understand client business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to become a trusted advisor and to identify solutions for customer pain points
  • Track client-related issues to resolution, including those handed off to other teams for action and ensures client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
  • Escalate issues as necessary with bankers, management, and product/vendor management teams.
  • Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell and/or referral opportunities.
  • Facilitates onboarding of deposit/Treasury Management client relationships
  • Review sales, service, and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • College degree and/or Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
  • Treasury Management Sales experience preferred
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Good sales, client product and relationship management skills
  • Good influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically
  • Proficient computer skills. Technical expertise is preferred.

Salary Range (based on experience): $95,000 - $120,000
