What you'll do:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee, coordinate, and drive multiple projects related to enterprise architecture. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale programs, a deep understanding of financial systems, and expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs in a financial institution setting preferably.

  • Help lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with the Bank's long-term goals
  • Enhance communication and coordination across departments, ensuring cohesion and efficient program execution
  • Identify and manage potential risks early in the program lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes


What you can expect:
  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of architecture strategies and solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate technology governance activities including architectural reviews and technology onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departments as needed to ensure alignment and integration of architecture modernization with strategic business objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate multiple, aligned project teams, work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Track and report on program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
  • Ensure program compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, leveraging expertise in enterprise architecture and financial systems.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess program outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future programs.


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, Domain Driven Design, and microservice architectural concepts.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on enterprise architecture implementations in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and financial systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop ideas from concept to an executable plan.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and personal resilience, able to work through conflicts.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with drive to deliver exemplary results.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
