We are looking for a  Strategic Planning Manger in  Irvine , CA to manage the following responsibilities:

• Manage and provides support for projects and programs, initiatives and strategic planning for those projects and programs.
• Has responsibility for overall results of programs as measured by schedule achievement and successful program implementation.
• Oversees the delivery and/or implement large and/or complex programs within the organization.
• Performs project planning, risk assessments, requirements discovery, resource assignments and all related program management activities.
• Works with individual managers to ensure optimum resource allocation.
• Tracks project deliverables, monitors progress, resolves issues and escalations and ensures schedules are met.
• Functions as a liaison and coordinates the activities of all teams related to each project.
• Identifies program management requirements for future projects and works with project owners to define those requirements and manage expectations.
• Manages lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement.
• Identifies processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience project and program management, strategic planning, business analysis, preferably in banking or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.
• Requires an in-depth knowledge of project and program management, strategic planning, business analysis, preferable in the banking/finance industry.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and programs.
• Exhibits a strong degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
