Full term of exp must incld: Cndctng mrkt rsrch & financl anlysis for invstmnt bnkng; Prfrmng financl modelng & busnss valuatn; Dvlpmnt of strategc ideas frm various anlyses, frcsts, busnss plns, & rsrch; Supprtng the preprtn of presntatn materials, incldng pitch matrls, mngmnt prsntatns, intrnl cmmittee matrls, Board prsntatns, & misc memrnda for use in strtgc clnt dialgue; Dmnstrtd mrktng exp, incldng mrktng the firm's capablts to clnts & invstr messgng; & Mntrng jr collgues. 1 yr of exp must inclde: Insrnce cvrage acrss P&C, Life, Reinsrnce, Insrnce Brkerage, & InsurTech verticals; Trnsctn exp leadng M&A, Equity, & Debt fincngs w/in the Insrnce sctor; Demonstrtd exp prvdng financl advsry srvces to Insrnce comps; Dvlpmnt & ovrsght of detaild financl anlyses w/ sophstctd undrstndng of Insrnce spcfc items (incldng regultry risk-based capitl, incurrd & pd loss triangls, loss resrvng, or rating implctns); Mngng clnts thrgh buy-side & sell-side prcesses w/in Insrnce; & Mngng deal teams & cndctng traing on Insrnce rltd topcs incldng indstry trnds, financl modlng, & trnsctn prcesses.
