The Private Client Associate will enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to the Private Client Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up with clients to maintain a high level of customer services and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate strategic planning initiatives and business development opportunities for the Busey organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize client recognition and prospecting events for Wealth Management.
- Assist in new prospect research, planning, and event coordination.
- Perform the duties of the Private Client Manager in his/her absence.
- Interact with multiple departments and associates to achieve sales goals and perform at a level to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Ability to:
- Multi-task and work independently
- Perform duties under frequent time pressures
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or two or more years related experience in the financial services industry with high net-worth clients preferred.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
