The Lockbox Supervisor is responsible for managing the staff and functions needed to complete daily productivity goals and accurate processing of all lockbox payments received.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Lockbox processing and item capture operations
Ability to:
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are critical
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Forward thinking and proactive to eliminate any potential client impacts
- Staff development and coaching to maximize performance
- Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of lockbox or item capture operations experience; Three of more years of people management experience
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
