VP Business Banking - Commercial Lender

Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is growing our Business Banking Team and adding an experienced Commercial Lender position in our Mason City, Iowa market. The ideal candidate is community-focused with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing team leadership. Candidates must possess a high-level of personal accountability, strong credit knowledge and analytical skills, and previous leadership experience. Qualifications:

• Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in finance or related area
• A minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus on commercial lending, business development and credit administration
• Previous leadership experience of five (5) or more years
• Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills are required
• Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supervises business banking team in the market.
• Manages relationships with current customers and existing loan portfolio.
• Develops strategies with the team to grow business banking loans and deposits within market.
• Participates in community activities to enhance the overall community and deepen relationships with current and prospective customers.
