Senior Associate

Firmament Advisors SBIC III, LLC seeks a Senior Associate (New York, NY). Hybrid, can work from home 2x per week. Occasional national travel 3x per quarter, possible international travel. Perform in-depth company and industry due diligence to identify merits and risks of investment opportunities. Prepare detailed financial modeling and investment memoranda. Must have at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field & 2 yrs exp as an Associate or related role at an investment bank, financial institution, or investment firm. Must have 2 yrs exp: in corporate finance, M&A, private equity or credit; w/ financial modeling; w/ deal execution, valuation, business analysis; and at least 1 yr of exp w/ healthcare technology / healthcare services corporate finance, M&A, private equity or private credit.
