Job Function:     The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with Merger and Acquisition experience.  You will be a vital member of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team developing and executing client engagements.  CC Capital Advisors, Inc is a division of Country Club Bank in Kansas City.  FIG is an investment banking organization specializing in corporate finance advisory services for banking and financial institutions.  We offer our clients the skills and knowledge of a strategic consulting firm combined with the financial and negotiating expertise of a Wall Street investment bank.  Our group advises financial services clients on general capital markets issues, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as general financial matters. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Identify and develop new business opportunities Establish and maintain appropriate client relationships Work in a team environment with other FIG Banking Professionals on a variety of projects from commencement to conclusion for each client engagement Serve as a strategic M&A advisor in client engagements to ensure the client’s business objectives are met Serve as an M&A thought leader to enhance the FIG business Analyze, plan and manage M&A consulting services with the FIG defined market Willingness and ability for regular business travel for client or potential client meetings  

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Significant experience within the Merger and Acquisition professional services, specifically with bank clients required A deep understanding of the banking industry, particularly regarding the local and national banking environment A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience required Existing or willingness to obtain FINRA Series 79 license Ability to develop and retain new client relationships/activity Excellent proactive business development skills Ability to work directly with clients and FIG Banking Professionals to manage client deliverables Excellent follow through and time management skills Strong experience with both identifying transactions and working in a team environment for execution Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Ability to perform financial analysis, valuation analysis, and pro forma financial modeling Excellent attention to detail Superior written, verbal communication and networking skills High level of presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Exhibit and maintain high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity MUST exhibit good business acumen Valid Driver’s License
