Responsibilities
- Provide general departmental support including photocopying, scanning, faxing and daily e-filing.
- Provides excellent customer service by answering telephone calls and greeting Trust clients.
- Process outgoing and incoming mail, including postage and sorting.
- Assist Trust Administrators, review and analyze Trust documents.
- Manage and administer client relationships under the supervision of the Trust Administrators
- Collaborate and consult with peers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Assist with preparing client and prospect marketing presentations.
- Assist with client's inquiries relating to account activities.
- Accurately enter information and data to create client e-files.
- Assist with account opening and closing documentation.
- Assist with money movement, including receipts, disbursements, and wire transfers.
- Assist with federal and state tax filing.
- Responsible for recording Trust Administrative Committee minutes.
- Responsible for e-filing TAC and TC agenda and minutes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills/Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Trust education or relevant coursework preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative, business, or related experience preferred.
- Prior paralegal experience, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communicative skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret a document, if required, to perform the essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds, if required, to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division and "undue hardship," then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
