Job Functions (Include but are not limited to the following):
- Complete customer financial transactions:
check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments
- Respond to customer requests for information, process and answer questions.
- Accurate handling of cash drawer.
- Work with customers in explaining & opening new accounts, IRA’s & CD’s.
Skills/Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications
- Cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
- Computer skills to include the ability to work in Windows based systems
- Basic math aptitude
