Job Description:

At Regions, the Wealth Management Client Solutions Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates focused on client administration and acquisition of a small group of Personal and Institutional Trust and Retirement Plan accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilizes a high level of trust industry expertise to lead and support Wealth Management Client Solutions Relationship Consultants and Supervisors

  • Oversees strategies that aid retention of existing client relationships

  • Builds a team-oriented culture of excellence

  • Enhances support of new client acquisition by providing subject matter expertise to Wealth Management partners and leaders

  • Leads team-related process improvement and risk management strategies

  • Maintains strong relationships with bank partners and other centers of influence

  • Provides advice, coaching, and guidance to team members on Wealth Management Client Solutions practices, procedures, and relationship development efforts

  • Recruits, hires, develops, manages, and coaches team, ensuring Regions is building the best team through proper staffing levels and diligent succession planning

  • Ensures team is performing duties in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures and all applicable external regulations

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.


  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of Trust or other closely related experience


  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA)

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

  • Professional designations and/or certifications

  • Experience in Custody industry, ERISA, Trust Administration and Institutional/Retirement Services Administration, and Investments

  • Management experience

  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Corporate Trust related systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally

  • Strong presentation and sales skills

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
