F&M Bank is excited to be offering a summer internship that provides endless development opportunities for growth and experience at your local community bank. This opportunity will include working in our retail branches, operations functions and support services.

As an intern you will:

  • Engagement with leaders in the organization.
  • Willingness to learn and great attitude.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Work on a bank specific project.
  • Ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential documents.
  • Participate in operation functions to streamline processes and strengthen the client experience
  • Assist with researching product opportunities
  • Interpret data and make recommendations that support department objectives
  • Get hands on experience
  • Learn about various departments within F&M Bank and the role they play in achieving the organizations goals
  • Collaborate in a team atmosphere and interact with multiple departments
  • Maintains regular, reliable attendance.
  • Work on assigned project.

Education and/or Experience

Required

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution.
