Position Overview
The Trust Administrative Specialist is an essential staff member who works closely with administrative account officers and the trust operations group to ensure various client account matters are performed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Primary Duties
Provide administrative support to account officers on specific client relationships
Serve as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries and communications
Oversee the account opening and account closing process
Maintain the new account pipeline and sales report
Serve as a member on the Trust Administrative Committee
Act as the liaison between the administrative group and the trust operations group
Secondary Duties
Work closely with all trust-owned special assets
Coordinate all account transfers
Provide internal audit support as needed

Qualifications
Strong internal and external communication skills

A Bachelors or Associates Degree is preferred, but not required
Trust, banking, or wealth management experience is preferred
