Central Bank Illinois is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer for management of the company's deposit operations. The Senior Operations Officer is responsible for developing, recommending, implementing and managing the deposit operations strategies to support the overall objectives of the bank. Successful candidates must have strong experience in short and long term strategic planning, product development, policy development and administration thereof, regulatory compliance, pricing strategies, supervisory responsibilities, and overall deposit operations/services in community banking. The candidate should have experience with the Asset/Liability function of the bank and the setting of interest rates.
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance or related field plus ten years of banking, or more than fifteen years of banking related management experience.
