The Personal Banker performs a variety of customer service and related duties. This position requires that the highest level of service is provided to the Bank’s customers. Consistently following through to ensure the customer’s needs are fully met and safeguards their trust by maintaining privacy and confidentiality. This position processes all types of transactions and handles all service issues accurately and effectively.
Provide high level of customer service in a positive, courteous and enthusiastic manner.
Greets customers promptly showing a genuine interest in assisting them.
Maintains a strong working knowledge and adheres to MSB Policies and Procedures
Opens new accounts including IRA’s
Must be able to perform all teller transaction, assist in teller balancing
Cross Sell bank products and services based on Customer needs
Research and Resolve customer problems
Answers calls and provides information as needed
Assist customers with account related requests such as:
Funds transfers, wires, stop payments, ATM and Debit card usage and limits, funds availability inquiries, automatic funds transfer
Must have a minimum of 3 years of teller experience in a financial institution
