Summary: Shares responsibility with IT Team for support & maintenance of bank network, to include our MS Windows environment, servers, desktop workstations, printers & peripherals, financial application programs, hosted solutions and other end-user-facing technology. Supports all departments & staff at every level. Provides technical assistance to and/or accepts direction from respected co-workers. Must also accept general as well as specific guidance from trusted IT solution providers, and therefore must appreciate the importance of balancing cross-training with strategic vendor relationships for essential coverage. Manages projects and performs research as assigned.
Specific Job Functions:
Serve as a liaison among Management, IT Team, end-users & vendor/partners.
Support & maintain bank network, infrastructure and end-user-facing technology.
Be an integral Team member in providing exceptional end-user support.
Monitor & maintain IT Helpdesk & Service Desk platform, assigning tasks as appropriate.
Facilitate onsite or remote system access for trusted partner technical support.
Facilitate online training programs & multi-media presentations for employees.
Assist employees with preparation and electronic transmission of data.
Support MS Windows environment, Active Directory, servers and client/desktop.
Create & manage user accounts & privileges on the network.
Serve as an end-user reference for above as they relate to IT, Security, Compliance, etc.
Train individuals & groups on computer operations, applications & security.
Provide procedures & training to IT staff for routine but advanced concepts.
Pursue continued education on current technology & future advances through vendor support and user groups, attendance of trade shows, seminars and professional certifications.
Participate as required on FSB Incident Response Team and investigate irregularities.
Assist leadership in attaining departmental & enterprise goals & objectives.
Perform after-hours and weekend work as required, and other related duties as assigned.

Associates Degree or equivalent in IT, Management Information Systems or related certification (MS MCSA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred).
Practical experience and demonstrated proficiency:
Using & supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Imaging/cloning/replicating, managing, maintaining & troubleshooting Windows PC’s.
Installing & upgrading Windows PC-based application programs.
Preparing reports & drafting documentation.
Working knowledge of, or familiarity with:
Client/Server & Desktop versions of Windows.
Network User Profiles and Network-based applications.
Internet/Web-based applications & digital security certificates.
Copy/print/scanner and other network-connected peripherals.
Antivirus, Patch Mgt, Web & Email filters and security monitoring tools.
Phone systems and portable electronic devices.
Previous experience with the following a plus:
Service Desk Mgt.
Windows Active Directory and Group Policies.
Citrix & Wyse thin-client workstations.
MS Exchange, MS SQL.
Veeam Backup & Recovery.
Nimble SAN & storage technologies.
LANs, WANs, VLANs, SD-WAN’s, IP, DNS & DHCP.
Exceptional problem solving & technical troubleshooting skills.
Above average critical thinking & organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to teach & instruct others.
