Upper Midwest Automated Clearing House (UMACHA) is hiring an Associate Director of Education Services to start immediately. This person will report directly to the Director of Education.
Qualifications - Experience & Education
Associates Degree or commensurate work experience
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) accreditation or the ability to achieve this designation within 12-18 months of hire
National Check Professional (NCP) preferred
Five or more years of electronic payments work experience, preferably at a financial institution
Public speaking and/or adult education training experience
Must possess valid driver’s license to travel independently across the region
Support all member-facing functions of the Education Services Department
Facilitate and/or present training sessions for member financial institutions and others
Present programs, both in-person and webinar-based for members and non-members
Support the accreditation programs of the association
Serve as one of the primary persons to answer member calls
