This position promotes and cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing customers; providing superior customer service by effectively explaining and cross selling all types of bank services to new and existing customers to meet their needs and the bank’s growth objectives.
Minimum of two (2) plus years related banking experience and/or training required.
Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
IRA and new accounts experience required.
Be professional, friendly, accurate, detailed, thorough, and efficient.
Understand bank operations and bank regulations.
Be able to perform duties in compliance with bank policies, procedures and processes.
Be able to work in a team environment with a willingness and desire to learn and share duties.
Be able to diagnose and correct problems.
Be able to execute assigned duties with minimal errors and within established guidelines.
Be able to speak clearly and effectively to others. Must keep an open mind, listen well to others, and respect the opinions and beliefs of others.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively via letters, memos, and e-mails.

Teller experience a plus
Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs
