Manage all aspects of retail banking, including the monitoring of the production and pricing of consumer and mortgage loans plus the management of the origination of all consumer loans. Manage the administration of all branch processes, procedures and policies. Primary responsibilities include consistently achieving efficient, economical and effective performance; meeting legal and regulatory guidelines and requirements; and achieving all bank sales and service goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Formulate and expand business development activities.
Proactively promote The Farmers Bank.
Assist internal and external customers to serve and exceed their expectations.
Accountable for all State and Federal regulations and bank policies/procedures that apply to this position and department.
Serve as a leader in supporting and setting the example for the Core Values and Customer Service Standards of The Farmers Bank.
Develop strategies for expansion, acquisition and retention of households.
Manage all retail and mortgage loan origination banking functions by providing advice and guidelines to the Branch Administration manager, loan portfolio manager and all branch managers.
Ensure that all service standards are met or exceeded.
Oversee communication of all company policies, procedures, mission, values, etc. to all retail banking associates.
Accountable for retail and mortgage loan origination division’s results.
Respond to all customer complaints in keeping with all company policies, procedures and standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all consumer banking laws, regulations and company policies and procedures.
Plan, manage and direct the retail, mortgage loan origination and operational activities to minimize operational risk by fostering an error-free environment.
Meet all security and audit requirements.
Meet and exceed bank standards for consumer loan quality including overseeing guidelines for overrides, documentation exceptions and minimizing compliance errors.
Serve as a member of Senior Management, Management Committee, CRA Council, Compliance Committee, Technology Committee, Risk Committee and ALCO.
Represent The Farmers Bank in community and on local boards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Education or Equivalent
College Degree or experience equivalent
Demonstrated strong managerial leadership skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. Proven strong organizational skills, flexibility for a changing environment and the ability to manage multiple projects. Previous mentoring, coaching and leadership roles allowing for the development of associates to grow within the organization. Project management experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet prescribed deadlines. Understands sales management processes. Experience in penetrating the market and growing market share. Proven sales and negotiations experience.
Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
Strong managerial leadership skills; organizational skills, flexible and the ability to manage multiple projects. Mentoring, coaching and leadership skills are a must. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Proven sales and negotiations experience required.
